If you have a general question about Moodle functionality, or if you need to report a Moodle technical error, please click the "Moodle Help" button in the bottom-right of this page to submit a ticket directly to the Moodle Support team. Please allow up to 24 hours for an initial response.
Note that on weekends we only monitor for emergency tickets which is limited to site outage/down events. General tickets submitted Friday evening and/or over the weekend will receive a response the following
Monday morning. If your inquiry has to do with account access (missing password, failed login, account creation) please contact the Stratford service desk at email@example.com.
